When will I receive my delivery?

Our delivery time to Germany and Austria is 3-5 working days after receipt of the order.

For personalized products, you should allow an additional 3-5 working days, as all products are handmade and individually designed for you!

In all other countries the delivery time is 5-10 working days after receipt of the order.

What payment methods are there?

We offer PayPal, payment by credit card, Klarna on account, instant bank transfer, Apple Pay and Google Pay as payment methods.

How secure is online payment?

The payment methods mentioned in the previous position meet the highest security requirements available today.

Can I also have special requests implemented for a product?

Sure! Simply enter your special request in the writing fields of the respective product or send it using the contact form and we will take care of it!
